How to Listen to the Audios - Try to be in a calm environment to avoid distractions. If possible, wear headphones for optimal listening.

Do not attempt to translate the message into your language. Doing so limits yourself. These languages are experienced with your senses and your entire being. They guide you to trust in your innate, profound, sacred knowing that logic cannot always explain. Listen without expectation and remain open to whatever unfolds.

You might experience images, bodily sensations, emotions, and words or names appearing in your mind that are not usually part of your daily vocabulary. You may want to keep a journal of your experiences. I encourage you to listen more than once, as you are constantly changing, and each time you listen, you may discover something new relating to your current state. Keeping a journal can assist you in recognising patterns.

You may feel the urge to respond but can’t quite let the sound escape out of you. It’s ok. It’s normal. Don’t struggle or force it. Just listen…

The Ancients talk to you about tricks of the mind you use on yourself and others, the forms of escape you create knowingly and unknowingly and guidance to why you should stop playing these games.
What is usefulness? The Ancients talk to you about different aspects of what is considered usefulness in your environment and how it makes you doubt your our own self worth.
The Ancients speak of existing inside and outside of time and help you in understanding the time and experiences in which you exist now. They are you and you are they. They help you through experiences that although different, still existed in their time.
The Ancients ask you how you can escape your primal self and if you need to, what purpose it could serve and when this primal self can be of use in your life.
The FRIEND is a mask that everyone wears. This is a guided meditation exploring through the Languages of the Self the FRIEND mask you wear, as well as the mask of FRIEND worn by others around you. Allow yourself to be guided by the sounds of this language that is never translated. Trust what comes up. There is no distractions of music, only the frequencies of the language as you are guided through the meditation. This meditation is 15 minutes in length.
